Gary proudlock CTA ATT - Director Gary is a chartered tax adviser with over 25 years experience gained at the Inland Revenue, BDO Binder Hamlyn and Vista Partners Limited. Gary advises a wide range of businesses, many of which are UK representatives of overseas parent companies.
Susan Jones FCA - director Susan joined Vista as a Partner in November 2003 having previously spent eight years with Grant Thornton. Susan heads up our audit and accountancy side of the practice. She has a wide range of experience dealing with companies with overseas parents and subsidiaries. She specialises in advising businesses on the wide range of issues affecting them.
Charles Owen ACA CTA - tax partner Charlie is a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser with experience advising UK based branches and subsidiaries of overseas businesses on UK tax compliance and planning matters. He has worked in the tax department of Deloitte & Touche as well as for a smaller regional practice.
Colin Dance - personal tax manager Colin specialises in personal tax and in particular dealing with the tax affairs of both UK based and non-resident/non-domiciled individuals. He started his career back in 1984 at the Inland Revenue before moving into practice in 1987. He subsequently worked for a number of small local firms before joining Vista Partners in October 1996.
